Privacy Policy
At ImpulsIA, a service operated by ATG DIGITAL SAS DE CV (doing business as «Arqtech Group»), we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have when using our AI-powered marketing platform.
1. Data controller
Controller: ATG DIGITAL SAS DE CV, a Mexican company doing business as «Arqtech Group».

This notice is governed by Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email and password when you sign up.
Business data: information you enter about your company, products, campaigns and website.
Connected networks: when you link your Facebook/Instagram pages, we access —with your authorization— the posts, comments, messages and metrics needed to provide the service.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card numbers.
Usage data: technical and browsing information to operate and improve the platform.
3. How we use your information
To provide and operate the service: generate ads and content, reply to comments and messages, analyze your site and campaigns.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, support and product updates.
To improve and secure the platform.
4. Artificial intelligence and providers
We use Google AI models (Gemini) to generate and analyze content. The content we process may be sent to these models solely to provide the service.
We rely on providers such as Google Cloud / Firebase (infrastructure and database), Meta (Facebook/Instagram integration) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data under its own policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to safeguard your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request its deletion.
7. Your ARCO rights
You may request to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise them, email contacto@impulsia.mx stating which right you are exercising and the data concerned.
If you have an ImpulsIA account, write from the address associated with it. If you do not — for example, if you commented on or messaged one of our customers' pages and that data was stored on the platform — write to us anyway, naming the page and the profile you interacted with, so we can locate your data and verify your identity another way.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and, where applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days, under article 32 of the Law.
If you believe your right was not honored, you may contact INAI (inai.org.mx).
8. Transfers and how to limit the use of your data
To provide the service we transfer data to strictly necessary providers: Google (Gemini) to generate content, Stripe to process payments, Meta to publish and receive messages from your pages, Google Firebase for hosting and database, and Resend for email delivery.
These providers process the data on our behalf and under our instructions: they are processors, and passing data to them is a remittance under article 54 of the Law's Regulation, not a transfer to a third party. That is why it requires no additional consent from you.
We do not sell your personal data, nor transfer it for third-party advertising purposes. If we ever needed to transfer it to a third party that would process it for its own purposes, we would tell you and obtain your consent where the Law requires it.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to contacto@impulsia.mx. You can also cut off our access to your networks yourself from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select «ImpulsIA» and remove it. That revokes the permissions for your Facebook and Instagram pages.
You may opt out of secondary purposes — product news — at any time through the same address, without affecting the service.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
