Connected networks: when you link your Facebook/Instagram pages, we access —with your authorization— the posts, comments, messages and metrics needed to provide the service.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card numbers.

Usage data: technical and browsing information to operate and improve the platform.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the service: generate ads and content, reply to comments and messages, analyze your site and campaigns.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To communicate with you about your account, support and product updates.

To improve and secure the platform.

3. Artificial intelligence and providers

We use Google AI models (Gemini) to generate and analyze content. The content we process may be sent to these models solely to provide the service.

We rely on providers such as Google Cloud / Firebase (infrastructure and database), Meta (Facebook/Instagram integration) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data under its own policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to safeguard your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request its deletion.
