These Terms govern your use of ImpulsIA (operated by Arqtech Group). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

ImpulsIA is an AI-powered marketing platform that generates ads and content, replies to comments and messages, suggests campaigns and analyzes your website and social networks.

2. Account and registration

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity carried out from your account.

You must be of legal age and authorized to contract on behalf of your business.

3. Plans, payments and subscription

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN).

The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal or deceptive purposes, or to generate content that infringes third-party rights or the policies of connected platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abuse or breach.

5. AI-generated content

Content produced by the AI is a suggestion: you must review and approve it before publishing. We do not guarantee specific sales or performance results.

You are responsible for the content you publish through the service.

6. Third-party integrations

The service integrates with platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and Stripe. Their use is also subject to those third parties' terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand and software are owned by Arqtech Group. Your business content and data belong to you.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version will be on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Contact: contacto@impulsia.mx.
